Is there any assistance for band fees?

We want every student to have the option to participate in band.  We offer a payment plan to break fees into several easy payments.  We also offer fundraising events throughout the year that allow students to raise money to cover their fees.

How can I find out about band activities, rehearsals, etc?

Log into CutTime.  CutTime is our primary way to communicate with students and families.  When the director created your account, you should have received a magic link allowing you to login. If you lost that, you can follow these steps to access your account:

  1. Go to the login page of CutTime Next Gen at https://app.gocuttime.com/login

  2. Click the "Guardians" or "Students" button below the traditional email/password login interface.

  3. Enter the cell phone associated with your account and click "send link"

If your information exists in the system, you'll soon receive a text or email with your magic link!

  • CutTime has a calendar with all band events listed.  You can sync the CutTime calendar with your own calendar on your phone.

  • Be sure your cell phone information is correct and current in your student account.  Messages are sent regularly about events, rehearsals, fundraisers, etc.

When does my 8th Grader need to start?

Our newest members start their high school band experience right out the gate with Registration Day and Freshman Marching Camp, usually during the first week of summer break.  Both are important events you should plan for in advance.  Details will be posted on the 9th Grade InformationRegistration and Summer Band pages as they develop.
